These Terms of Use are an integral part of the distance contract, which the parties conclude on the basis of the customers order on our online trading site www.075.pt. The obligations contained in the Terms of Use are mandatory. Violation of these Terms of Use may constitute grounds for termination of the distance contract. The contract is valid for an unlimited period of time.<br> By placing an order, the customer confirms that he has read, understood and agrees to the Terms of Use. The customer is not allowed to order goods from our online store www.075.pt if the customer has not read and agreed to the Terms of Use.

1. Terms
075.pt - the owner of the online trading site www.075.pt is rebeluniverse LDA, registration no. 517525097, registered legal address: R. Almeida e Sousa 10C, 1250-065 Lisbon, Portugal, which offers and sells goods to the customer during its economic activity in accordance with these terms of use;
Customer – a natural or legal person who orders goods from 075.pt, who has reached the age of 18 and has unlimited legal capacity to be able to enter into contractual relations with 075.pt;
075.pt - online sales point www.075.pt, which the customer uses to place an order;
Delivery - delivery of goods ordered by the customer to the address specified in the customers order;

2. Order
2.1. The customer can use 075.pt services and order goods as a guest. When placing an order, the Customer must provide the following information: first name, last name, phone number, email address and exact delivery address.
2.2. When ordering goods, the Customer is responsible for providing true and correct information.
2.3. Notifications regarding order fulfillment (such as order confirmation, invoice, order cancellation, etc.) will be sent to the Customer regardless of whether he chose not to receive notifications and offers, as these notifications are necessary for order fulfillment and to inform the Customer about the status of the order.
2.4 Customers personal data will be used for ordering and delivery, preparation of invoice documentation, refund of overpaid amount and amount of returned goods, administration of financial obligations and other obligations resulting from these Terms of Use and distance agreement, as well as other services provided by 075.pt. For more information on the processing of personal data, please see section 10 of these terms and conditions.

3. Price, payments and delivery costs
3.1. Product prices on 075.pt are indicated in EUR currency. All prices are quoted inclusive of any value added or other tax. Products are sold at the prices in effect at the time the order is created. Total Shipping price may include taxes. A bank fee may apply depending on the bank used by the customer.
3.2. In addition to the price, the Customer will have to pay a delivery fee of EUR 5 (including VAT) for courier delivery services to the specified address in the territory of Lisbon, if the total price of the goods for delivery is EUR 49.99 or less. The delivery fee is not applicable if the total price of the goods for delivery exceeds EUR 50.00.
3.3. In addition to the price, the Customer will have to pay a delivery fee for courier delivery services to the specified address outside the territory of Lisbon 12 EUR (including VAT).
3.4. The customer can only pay with the payment methods specified in the 075.pt payment methods menu. Payment must be made before receiving the goods.
3.5. After receiving the order, 075.pt sends the customer an order confirmation by e-mail.
3.6. The goods are packaged in cardboard boxes or plastic bags.

4. Collection and delivery of products
4.1. 075.pt tries to do everything to ensure that each order is fully fulfilled, however, due to the unavailability of some products at the time of order fulfillment, 075.pt does not guarantee that all products ordered by the Customer will be available and will be delivered.
4.2. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Customer at the time of placing the order. 075.pt will deliver the Customers order to the main entrance to the delivery address. At the Customers request, the supplier can deliver the order to the delivery address, for example to a certain floor in an apartment building, only if:
the supplier has the Customers consent;
our supplier believes that it is safe and practical to comply with such a request from the Customer. 075.pt always reserves the right to deliver the order to the main entrance of the address.
4.3. For customer deliveries to the companys address, 075.pt can provide delivery only to the main entrance of the first floor of the company.
4.4. 075.pt delivers the product only to the person making the order, who has reached at least 18 years of age and has presented an age proof document. At the time of delivery, the courier must check a document (passport or ID card) confirming that the customer has reached the age of 18.
4.5. In cases where we deliver the Customers order at the time specified by the Customer, but there is no one at the address who can receive the order, the Customer will be notified and the Customer will need to contact us to arrange a new delivery time. In such cases, if 075.pt has to return the order, the Customer may be obliged to pay an additional fee.
4.6. 075.pt does everything possible to ensure that the Customers order is delivered within the agreed time, 075.pt does not assume any responsibility for failure to comply with this time in part or in full, if this deviation occurred due to the Customer or other unavoidable circumstances.

5. Quality guarantee and liability
5.1. The products displayed on 075.pt may not correspond to the received products in terms of shape and color, due to the nature of the technical means used to fulfill the Customers order or due to other reasonably expected inconsistencies.
5.2. The product manufacturer and/or distributor is responsible for all 075.pt product feature information. 075.pt is only responsible for presenting this information to Customers, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

6. Right of Refusal and Right to Opt Out
6.1. The customer has the right to unilaterally use the right of refusal within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of refusal may be used as stipulated in the regulatory acts, these Terms of Use and other applicable conditions issued by 075.pt. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning such orders.
6.2. 075.pt has the right to demand that the Customer, when rejecting the product, returns it to the 075.pt store from which the delivery was made or to which the 075.pt customer service specialist indicates. The customer bears all costs associated with returning the goods.
6.3. When returning goods to the store, they must be without any damage, in the original packaging, unopened, within the validity period of +1 day. If the customer cannot meet these requirements, 075.pt reserves the right not to pay the customer money for the returned goods.
6.4. If the Customer has found after receiving the order that the product in the order is damaged and/or of poor quality, the Customer applies to 075.pt with an application, to which a photo of the damaged product is attached, and 075.pt will organize the return of the money to the Customers account from which the purchase was made . 075.pt reserves the right to ask the Customer to return the entire damaged product to the store from which the delivery was made.
6.5. Consumer right of withdrawal form

7. Order cancellation
7.1. In case of serious circumstances, 075.pt can temporarily or completely stop internet trading without prior informing the Customer. In such cases, 075.pt will reimburse the Customer the amount for undelivered orders within 10 working days.

9. Final Terms and Dispute Resolution
9.1. 075.pt can unilaterally make changes to these Terms of Use.
9.2. These Terms of Use have been prepared in accordance with and are regulated by the laws and regulations of the Portuguese Republic and all disputes are subject to the courts of the Portuguese Republic.
9.3. If the Customer believes that 075.pt has violated these Terms of Use or other applicable laws and regulations and this has affected the Customers ability to exercise his rights and it is not possible to resolve such a situation through mutual negotiations, the Customer may apply to the national consumer rights protection institution - Consumer Rights Protection in the center.

10. Data processing and protection
10.1. The Customers personal data will be used to identify the Customer and receive the order, make the order and delivery, prepare accounting documents, including the invoice, refund the overpaid amount and return the amount for the returned products, administer financial obligations and other obligations arising from these Terms of Use and distance contract, as well as for the use of the services offered by 075.pt.
